This home, built in 1993, required a complete roof replacement. Once a roof is aged over 30 years, this is generally around the time a roof needs a facelift. Our professional crew recently completed a full roof replacement using IKO Class 3 Impact Rated Dynasty Shingles in Frostone Grey, delivering both superior durability and a fresh, modern look for Cordell, a local Fargo homeonwer. Before the work began, we set up protective tarps to safeguard landscaping, siding, and other ground-level structures from debris.
