This is a roof we did in Bemidji Minnesota. It consists of Metal Sales Image II Standing Seam, Carlisle TPO, and Granite Black Shingles.

Our professional crew recently completed a full roof replacement using IKO Class 3 Impact Rated Dynasty Shingles in Frostone Grey, delivering both superior durability and a fresh, modern look for Cordell, a local Fargo homeonwer. Before the work began, we set up protective tarps to safeguard landscaping, siding, and other ground-level structures from debris. The existing roofing system was removed down to the decking, where we performed a thorough inspection to identify and replace any soft or rotten boards. This careful preparation ensured a strong, lasting foundation for the new roof.

To provide maximum weather protection, we installed two rows of Sealoron XT Ice and Water Shield along all eaves and one row up each valley, plus Sealoron XT Deck Tape on all decking seams. The remaining surface was covered with Velora One Synthetic Underlayment, offering enhanced water resistance and durability. For finishing touches, we added aluminum drip edge around the entire perimeter, seam-taped the eave edges, installed starter shingles along rakes and eaves, and flashed all penetrations to prevent leaks. Proper attic venting was also incorporated to promote healthy airflow and extend the roof’s lifespan.

For the finishing detail, we installed IKO Hip & Ridge shingles, which are made from a resilient inorganic glass base and coated with weather-resistant asphalt. These pre-tapered, three-piece shingles are surfaced with ceramic-colored granules, protecting the roof from ultraviolet damage while adding a clean, refined appearance. Once the installation was complete, our team performed a meticulous cleanup, leaving the property in pristine condition.
