Vita Roofing Before & After Photos

We had a client reach out about wanting to install new asphalt shingles on their aging lake cabin. After looking at several color options, the cabin owner decided to stick with a green shade, which gave it a more modern look. In the end, they picked our IKO Dynasty Emerald Green!

Peter, a homeowner in the Glenwood, MN area, needed a reliable roofing contractor to replace the roof on his 4,000-square-foot, $1.5 million home. Rather than sifting through online searches, he followed the recommendation of a trusted friend and contacted Vita Roofing for a free, no-obligation estimate.

Although most roofs can last 20 years or more, Peter’s roof was only 11 years old and already showing significant wear. Years of harsh storms combined with poor workmanship from the previous installer made a replacement necessary. Clay, the owner of Vita Roofing, personally handled the inspection. He evaluated the roof surface, checked the attic for signs of moisture intrusion, and walked the property to plan a smooth installation process. With all findings in hand, Clay prepared a detailed proposal tailored to Peter’s needs.

Given the value of the property and Peter’s desire for long-term protection, Clay recommended the Klaus Roofing System, one of the highest-quality roofing solutions available today. Known for exceptional materials, advanced installation techniques, and a 50-year peace-of-mind warranty*, the Klaus Roofing Way provides unmatched durability. After reviewing his options, Peter chose to move forward with Clay’s recommendation and selected an IKO Dynasty asphalt shingle roof for its proven performance and premium protection.

This is a roof we did in Bemidji Minnesota. It consists of Metal Sales Image II Standing Seam, Carlisle TPO, and Granite Black Shingles.

Michael's roof had done its job for a long time, but two decades of heavy wind and rain had taken their toll. What was once a rich, brick-red shingle had faded into a patchwork of cracked, brittle asphalt across the roof. It wasn't a candidate for a patch-and-repair fix; the roof needed a complete replacement, done right.

Vita Roofing walked Michael through his options and helped him select the Klaus Roofing System featuring IKO Dynasty Shingles in Granite Black, giving his home a bold, contemporary new look. Beneath those shingles, our crew installed a full Ice & Water Shield underlayment for moisture protection, replaced the Hip & Ridge for a clean, finished roofline, and added a 2x2 steel gutter apron drip edge to direct water safely off the roof and away from the foundation.

The result is a roof built to handle whatever North Dakota's seasons bring next, backed by quality materials, precise installation, and a hybrid sealant matched exactly to the new shingle color for a seamless finish.
