We have 2 warranties on a shingle roof.

The first warranty we offer is our in-house 15-Year-Transparent workmanship warranty. On every "standard" roof we do we sign a transparency agreement that goes over everything you can expect when you choose to work with us. Essentially the work that is covered is anything that can be credited to our team/crew during the install process. It doesn't cover if your neighbors tree falls on the roof. 

The second warranty we offer is on any Klaus roof we install. The Klaus has a 50-Year-No-Leak-Guarantee that includes all materials, labor, and flashings.
