Vita Roofing is a locally-owned and operated Fargo-Moorhead roofing contractor specializing in roof repairs, replacements, and installations for homes and commercial properties in the Fargo-Moorhead area of North Dakota & Minnesota.

Our company grew from owner-operator Clay Blair's passion for construction and architecture that began during his high school years. Today, Vita Roofing has become a trusted commercial and residential roofing company serving Fargo, Grand Forks, Fergus Falls and surrounding areas. We welcome the opportunity to show you the tremendous value only pride like ours can offer.

Joining the Klaus Roofing Systems Network in 2024, we are proud to be part of a network of dedicated roofing contractors throughout North America who hold their work to the highest standards. This also provides us access to the largest roofing training facility in the world so we can continually hone our skills and always provide the best materials and techniques for every roofing job.

About Our Owner, Founder, & Chief Executive Officer

Clay Blair

Clay Blair, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vita Roofing, grew up on a farm where many family members were involved in the construction trades. "As soon as I could drive, I started working. I went from property management to working with my dad's cousin doing commercial construction, then eventually I switched to seamless rain gutters where I learned the skills needed to start my first company doing seamless gutters. This led me to Dallas TX, and that's when I realized roofing was where I wanted to be.", says Clay. A year later he moved back to Fargo and started his original roofing company, Minn-Dak Roofing and Exteriors. One more year later, Clay brought on Jack on as a partner and rebranded as Vita Roofing.

Because Vita Roofing is on the border of MN, Clay also holds a GC (general contractor) License for the state of MN. This will be Clay's third year owning a company, but only his second as owner of Vita Roofing. He continues to oversee Vita Roofing business appointments, company development, and networking with other industry professionals to grow the business.

About Our Owner & Chief Product Officer

Jack Englund

Jack Englund, the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and one of the owners of Vita Roofing has held numerous leadership roles in retail, service work, and agriculture. He grew up in a construction/trade family and has been around construction most of his life. Jack has always found happiness in helping lead and guide others and finds great satisfaction in seeing homes transformed.

With Vita Roofing, Jack manages projects, overseeing product delivery to job sites and supporting the crews to ensure they can provide the best service and craftsmanship possible.
