  This past spring, Hannah partnered with Vita Roofing for a complete roof replacement that focused on building a system designed to last, not just replacing shingles. The project began with careful preparation, as the Vita Roofing crew secured tarps around the home to protect the property and keep the worksite organized. Once everything was in place, the worn asphalt shingles and existing roofing materials were removed down to the decking, allowing the team to fully assess the structure beneath and address any areas of weakened or damaged wood before moving forward.   With a solid foundation established, Vita Roofing installed a high-performance roofing system featuring IKO Dynasty Class 3 Impact Rated shingles in Granite Grey for added strength and weather resistance. The roof was built layer by layer, starting with enhanced ice and water protection at the eaves and valleys, followed by synthetic underlayment, aluminum drip edge, and starter shingles along all edges. New flashing, upgraded ventilation, and carefully installed hip and ridge components completed the roof. The project wrapped up with a meticulous cleanup, leaving Hannah’s home protected by a clean, durable, and professionally installed roofing system heading into the seasons ahead.
