When Rodney, the owner of a commercial building in Ada, MN, contacted Vita Roofing, they were dealing with a roof that had clearly reached the end of its life. Vita Roofing performed major repairs by replacing damaged framing with new pressure-treated 2x8, 2x10, and 2x12 structural lumber. Wherever possible, the team sistered in new lumber to strengthen existing framing and preserve sections that were still sound.   After the structure was restored, the crew removed all moisture-damaged and rotted decking before installing brand-new decking across the roof. Finally, Vita Roofing installed a new EPDM roofing system, securing the membrane with professional-grade bonding adhesive for a watertight finish.
