Roof before removal
We are ready to start removing the old asphalt and begin the IKO Dynasty shingle installation.
Hail strikes found during inspection
As we walked the impressive 4,000 square ft. home's roof, we found several areas where hail had damaged the outside layer of the shingles.
Stripping down to the decking
We are in the first stage of removing the old shingles and checking the decking for any damage.
Underlayment is damaged
After removing the layer of asphalt, we found some underlayment that was compermised. This will result in allowing moisture to penetrate the first line of defense after the shingles.
Decking has been inspected and we are sealing the roof
Here, we are closing the seams up between the decking to give this roof another barrier against rain, snow, and heavy winds that are common in this area of upper northern plains.
Velora One underlayment installation
We are protecting this roof, using the Klaus Roofing Way. Multi-layer provides the best protection for your home.
Underlayment is completed
We are setting up the roof for installation. We finished installing the ice & water shield and are now prepping the IKO Dynasty shingles to be installed.
Installing the shingles
Here we are getting close to the completion of the IKO Shingle installation. Our team is working hard to make sure this roof installation is done properly.
Completed Roof Installation
From beginning to end, Vita Roofing made Peter's dreams come true and did an amazing job installing an IKO Dynatsy Asphalt Roof in Charcoal.
