We began by tarping off the roof where the underlayment and decking were exposed to save the home from any further water damage. Once we had the open sections of the roof covered, we started walking Mr. Lawrance through the roofing process.
Travis explained the smartest approach would be to do a full replacement based on the extent of the asphalt shingle damage. Repairing such a compromised roof would only mask the issue and create future repairs, costing this property owner time and money.
