Here is the garage just before they finish putting on the ridge cap
Starting the shingles
The guys are starting to carry out the rows of shingles.
Old Roof
These are the old shingles that were removed. Definitely have some age to them and were ready to be replaced.
Chimney Flashing
This is the start to the proper way of flashing a chimney. At the very end a riglet is cut in and siliconed to the chimney. It covers the step flashing providing a water tight seal
Midway Progress
The guys are carrying out their rows and are just under half way with this portion of the garage.
